Capt.
Bob Seward (Retd.)
Founder and director of the academy, bob retired as a
Captain from the Army, was very involved in music all his
life, he set up the Academy to help people gain knowledge
and perhaps a living from music. His expectations were all
fulfilled and the Academy has gone on from strength to
strength. He received an award in 2004 from the City Council
for his outstanding work with the community.

Capt. Pat Nolan B.Mus. (Retd.)
A retired army Captain, Pat also was heavily involved with
music all his life, Pat was Leader and conductor of the Army
Band. Co-founder and Director, Pat has a way of passing on
knowledge that is quite unique, he is much loved at the
Academy.

Oliver C. Keane B.Mus.
Oliver was educated at
Berklee College in Boston, brings
great depth to the Academy. Not to mention, over 25 albums
of recording and arranging experience, while also being a
noted performer in his own right.
Oliver is a much respected teacher at the Academy. |

Lawrence O'Donnell B.Mus.
A former student at the Academy Lawrence joined us after
completing his Degree in 2004, a multitalented
instrumentalist with a sound knowledge and understanding of
music which he passes on to all his students.
